• To initiate an order cancellation, please confirm your request via email, WhatsApp, or live chat with our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
• If your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund promptly.
• For cancellation requests received after the initial 24-hour window but within 48 hours, a deduction of 20% will be applied to the refunded amount.
• Cancellation requests made after 48 hours will incur a deduction of 35% from the total order amount. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once five days have passed since the order confirmation.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still benefit from our 30-day easy return policy. Simply return the product to our warehouse for a full refund.
