Color Discrepancy:

Sometimes, slight color variations might be compared to the online product image. If you notice a significant color difference, send us a picture of the product within 24 hours to initiate a return or refund. Damaged Product:

Cancellation and Refunds:

Exchange of Jackets:

We offer a free replacement with the correct size for jacket exchanges due to size issues within three days. However, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs, which depend on the product’s size and weight.

Return Conditions:

Returned products must be in their original condition, including all attached tags. Products that show signs of damage or use from your end will not qualify for a refund.

Shipping Costs:

While outbound shipping from our end is complimentary, customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping and exchanges.
